J. Christian Hendricks, president and broker in charge, has spent his entire life in South Carolina, exploring the forest and farmlands, woodlands and wetlands, as an avid outdoor enthusiast and landowner. He has the education, experience, and expertise to handle all of your needs in land sales and acquisitions. An accredited buyers' representative and graduate of the Realtors Institute, Hendricks earned his BS degree in Finance/Real Estate from Clemson University and an AA degree from Anderson College. Tripp Davis -- Hendricks & Co. Real Estate Broker/Consultant

   Tripp specializes in rural properties with recreational, residential, hunting and timber uses. He works mostly in Fairfield, northern Richland, western Kershaw, Sumter, Clarendon, and Newberry counties.  A native of Columbia, he graduated from Clemson University in 1993. He spent eight years in consumer and commercial banking with Bank of America and Carolina First Bank.  Tripp has been investing in rural properties since 1998 and working as a licensed real estate agent with Hendricks and Company since 2001.  He has worked extensively with several earth moving companies to maximize the potential in hardscape features and design through road work, field and pasture creation, home site clearing, view corridor clearing and pond building.
